Nothing shows your appreciation for your awesome associates quite like personal, meaningful gifts.

When it comes to holiday gifting, you want to make sure that whatever gifts you choose truly illustrate your heartfelt thanks for a year’s hard work. How can you ensure your generosity is felt throughout the holiday season and beyond? By utilizing personalization.

According to their latest report, Technavio market research analysts forecast the personalized gifts market in the US to grow over 9% between 2018-2022.

When you give someone something that speaks to them personally, it becomes more than just a gift. It becomes a symbol. A tangible gesture that proves that your organization values each individual that has helped contribute to the successful business year. It shows that you care about each and every one of them by taking the time to tailor your gifts to their tastes.

In a recent survey, more than half of Americans asked (56%) said that if they received a personalized gift, it would mean the giver wanted them to feel special.  Many of the same people surveyed said that they are hoping to receive a personalized gift this holiday season, and that they would be likely to keep a personalized gift longer than they would a non-personalized gift.

While that all sounds fine and dandy, for larger organizations it may not be feasible to select specific and customized gifts for each employee. Don’t worry, there are still ways you can personalize gifts for all of the hardworking individuals that help make your business possible.

Personalized gifting doesn’t have to be a whole hoopla.

It could be as easy as taking a little time to write a personal note thanking them for all that they do for your organization. Or you could order custom packaging for your gifts, being sure to take the time to handwrite each person’s name on the stickers that hold the wrapping together.

Giving personalized promotional gifts during the holidays makes your employees feel valued, all while gaining long-lasting impressions your brand.
